We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged during shipping, provided that the request is made within 7 days of receiving your package.

What Is Covered

This policy applies to:

  • Damaged product packaging caused during shipping.
  • Products that arrive in an unusable condition due to transit damage.

What Is Not Covered

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Damage reported after the 7-day period.
  • Normal wear and tear to outer shipping materials that does not affect the product.
  • Damage caused after the package has been delivered due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents.
  • Change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the fragrance after use.

Refund Process

Once we receive and review your claim, we will notify you of the outcome. If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement item, depending on product availability and your preference.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, although the time it takes for the funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
